        The customer must collect the order within the interval communicated during the ordering process, in the order confirmation, or through the communication sent by the Restaurant.<\/span><\/p>

        The collection time is an estimate and may vary depending on the volume of orders, the complexity of the dishes, product availability, the operational situation in the restaurant, or other circumstances beyond the Restaurant's control.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Order preparation<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          Orders are prepared after they are confirmed by the Restaurant and, where applicable, after payment is confirmed.<\/span><\/p>

          The estimated preparation time is usually 2 hours but may vary depending on the day, time, volume of orders, the type of products ordered, and the availability of ingredients.<\/span><\/p>

          If an order cannot be prepared within the estimated interval or if one of the products is unavailable, the Restaurant may contact the customer to propose a solution, such as changing the collection time, replacing the product, removing the unavailable product, or refunding the corresponding amount.<\/span><\/p>

          1. Order confirmation<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            After placing the order, the customer may receive a confirmation through the website, email, SMS, telephone, or another available means of communication.<\/span><\/p>
