    This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through the website https:\/\/curteaberarilor.com\/, operated by ANCIENT PUB SRL, for collection from the restaurant.<\/span><\/p>

    The products sold through the website are mainly food products prepared to order, perishable products, and products that may expire or deteriorate rapidly. For this reason, cancellation of orders and refunds of amounts paid are possible only under the conditions described below and in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/span><\/p>

      1. How cancellation can be requested<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        To request the cancellation of an order placed through the website, the customer must contact the Restaurant as soon as possible, using one of the following methods:<\/span><\/p>

        The cancellation request must include:<\/span><\/p>

        \u2013 the order number;<\/span><\/p>

        \u2013 the email address used for the order, if applicable;<\/span><\/p>

        \u2013 the reason for the request, if you wish to share it.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Cancellation before the order is confirmed<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          An order may be cancelled at no cost if the cancellation request is received before the Restaurant confirms the order and before preparation of the products has begun.<\/span><\/p>

          In this situation, if payment has already been made online, the Restaurant will initiate a refund of the amount paid, generally using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.<\/span><\/p>

          1. Cancellation after the order is confirmed or after preparation has begun<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            Once the order has been confirmed by the Restaurant and\/or preparation of the products has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.<\/span><\/p>

            Food products prepared to order, perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and customized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the applicable legislation, including G.E.O. no. 34\/2014.<\/span><\/p>

            If the order has already been accepted and the products have entered preparation, the Restaurant may refuse the cancellation and may withhold the value of the products prepared or in preparation.<\/span><\/p>

            1. Cancellation of orders with a scheduled time<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

              For orders scheduled for a specific collection time, cancellation is possible at no cost if the request is received at least 1 hour before the time set for collection and before preparation of the products has begun.<\/span><\/p>

              If the request is received after this deadline or after preparation of the products has begun, the order may become non-refundable, in full or in part, depending on the stage of preparation.<\/span><\/p>

              1. Order modification<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                An order modification can be requested by contacting the Restaurant at 0213.137.532 or office@curteaberarilor.com.<\/span><\/p>

                Modifications are possible only if the request is received before preparation of the products has begun and if the Restaurant is able to carry out the modification from a technical and operational standpoint.<\/span><\/p>

                If the modification involves higher-priced products, the customer will pay the price difference. If the modification involves lower-priced products and the modification is accepted, the difference may be refunded or offset according to the agreement with the customer.<\/span><\/p>

                1. Cancellation by the Restaurant<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                  The Restaurant may cancel an order in justified situations, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>

                  \u2013 the product ordered is not available;<\/span><\/p>

                  \u2013 the necessary ingredients are not available;<\/span><\/p>

                  \u2013 there is an obvious error in price, description, or availability;<\/span><\/p>

                  \u2013 payment was not authorized or was declined;<\/span><\/p>

                  \u2013 the customer cannot be reached for clarifications necessary to process the order;<\/span><\/p>

                  \u2013 the order appears false, fraudulent, or abusive;<\/span><\/p>

                  \u2013 the order cannot be prepared under adequate safety or quality conditions;<\/span><\/p>

                  \u2013 technical or operational problems, or situations of force majeure, arise.<\/span><\/p>

                  If the Restaurant cancels the order for reasons not attributable to the customer and payment has already been made, the Restaurant will initiate a refund of the amount paid for the products not provided\/not handed over.<\/span><\/p>

                  1. Uncollected orders<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                    If a confirmed and prepared order is not collected by the customer at the communicated time or within 45 minutes after the communicated time, the order may be considered uncollected.<\/span><\/p>

                    Uncollected orders are non-refundable, as the products are prepared to order, are perishable, and cannot be reused or resold.<\/span><\/p>

                    The Restaurant may dispose of uncollected products in accordance with internal food-safety procedures.<\/span><\/p>

                    1. Customer's late collection<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                      If the customer is late in collecting the order, the products may lose temperature, freshness, texture, or optimal consumption quality.<\/span><\/p>

                      The Restaurant is not responsible for any degradation of the products caused by the customer's late collection.<\/span><\/p>

                      Late collection by the customer does not automatically confer the right to cancellation, remaking of the order, or a refund.<\/span><\/p>

                      1. Wrong, missing, or non-compliant products<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                        If you receive a wrong product, a missing product, or a product that has a quality issue attributable to the Restaurant, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 1 hour of collection.<\/span><\/p>

                        To review the situation, we may ask you for:<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 the order number;<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 the fiscal receipt or invoice;<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 photos of the product and packaging;<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 a description of the problem;<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 the customer's contact details.<\/span><\/p>

                        If the complaint is well-founded, the Restaurant may offer, depending on the situation, one of the following solutions:<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 replacement of the product;<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 remaking of the product;<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 full or partial refund of the amount paid;<\/span><\/p>

                        \u2013 the provision of another solution agreed with the customer.<\/span><\/p>

                        1. The right of withdrawal<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                          In accordance with the legislation on distance contracts, consumers generally benefit from a right of withdrawal within 14 days for certain online purchases.<\/span><\/p>

                          However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products and services, including products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, sealed products that cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, and catering or food services for which a specific date or period of performance is provided.<\/span><\/p>

                          Therefore, for food products prepared to order and for restaurant orders with collection at a set time, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, except where the law provides otherwise.<\/span><\/p>

                          1. Refunds<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                            Approved refunds are generally carried out using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the parties agree otherwise.<\/span><\/p>

                            The Restaurant will initiate the refund without undue delay after it is approved. The actual time until the money is received may depend on the bank, the payment processor, or the provider of the payment method used.<\/span><\/p>

                            No refund fees are charged by the Restaurant. Any fees applied by the bank or the payment service provider are not controlled by the Restaurant.<\/span><\/p>

                            1. Orders placed through external delivery platforms<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                              This Cancellation Policy applies only to orders placed through the website https:\/\/curteaberarilor.com\/.<\/span><\/p>

                              For orders placed through external delivery platforms, such as Glovo, the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective platform apply.<\/span><\/p>

                              Cancellations, refunds, complaints regarding delivery, courier delays, delivery fees, and customer support may be handled directly by the external platform, in accordance with its rules.<\/span><\/p>

                              1. Abuse and fraudulent orders<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                                The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse repeated cancellations, abusive requests, false orders, fraudulent orders, or requests that indicate improper use of the website.<\/span><\/p>
