Before making a reservation or coming directly (without a reservation) with your pet, for health and safety reasons, you must consult the internal policy regarding their presence at the location:
Concepts / Definition of a small-sized pet:
Dog within the meaning of these Rules – A small-sized dog not exceeding 10 kg and 50 cm, which is permitted access to the location in the spaces and areas indicated in the Rules.
The dog's handler – the natural person of sound mind, who has reached the age of 18, in whose name the dog is registered in the Register of Owned Dogs (RECS) or who has a dog in their care, who enters the premises of the location for any purpose.
The presence of pets is accepted in the terrace area (which is operational 12 months a year).
Access to the location with small-sized pet dogs/cats is permitted only subject to available space and if we have been notified in advance (by phone at 021.313.75.32 or by email at office@curteaberarilor.com) about its presence. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the reservation with the pet.
The presence of cats at the location is permitted, under the conditions of these rules, only if the cat remains for the entire duration of its presence at the location in the special carrier in which it was brought by its handler.
The maximum number (per table/reservation/group of people) of pets permitted is 1.
Pets must be kept by their owners in their arms or beside the table, so as not to disturb people seated at neighboring tables.
If one arrives at the location without a reservation made in advance (in which the presence of the pet was clearly mentioned), the Shift Manager (the person with the highest rank in our company's hierarchy) present at the location at that time has the right and the obligation to permit or refuse access to the location (the decision is made depending on the available space, the allergies reported by customers already present or who have made a reservation, the animal's up-to-date health certificate, etc.).
